Minimum 2 night stays on regular weekends thru out the summer
Minimum 3 night stays on long Weekends add $10 per night to the rates

Cancellation policies : 48 hour notice required or 72 hours notice for long weekends and 14 days for weekly reservations. Some cancellation charges may be added.
